• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Voluntary Benefits subject matter experience required.
• Strong voluntary benefits product, process and market knowledge.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with background in Client Management or Sales for Large Clients.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Current Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong collaboration and team-focused skills.

• Maintain and expand a large to mid-sized book of business across diverse industries.
