Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Voluntary Benefits subject matter experience required.
• Strong voluntary benefits product, process and market knowledge.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with client management or sales for large clients.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong collaboration and team-focused skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a large to mid-sized book of business with larger or nuanced accounts.
• Develop sales and retention strategy for client accounts.
• Conduct robust client analyses to create customized product recommendations.
