Job summary

Marsh in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Client Manager for the Voluntary Benefits team. This hybrid role requires working at least three days in the office, with responsibilities to lead client relationships, expand a large book of business and shape account strategies within Voluntary Benefits.

The candidate will collaborate across Marsh Health & Benefits and Voluntary Benefits, leverage AI tools, and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Voluntary Benefits subject matter experience required.
Strong voluntary benefits product, process and market knowledge.
5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with Large Clients in Client Management or Sales.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Current Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Maintain and expand a large to mid-sized book of business with larger accounts.
Develop sales and retention strategy for client accounts.
Conduct robust client analyses to create customized recommendations.
Address escalated issues in a timely manner and maintain positive relationships.
Engage relationships and networks within client organizations.
Attend industry events to build a strong professional network.
Thrive in an environment embracing AI and technology-enabled tools.
