Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Voluntary Benefits subject matter experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Consultant with background in Client Management or Sales.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Current Life/Health License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong collaboration within Marsh Health & Benefits and Voluntary Benefits teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a large to mid-sized book of business across various industries.
• Develop sales and retention strategy for client accounts based on client needs and market trends.
• Conduct client analyses to create customized product and solution recommendations.
• Address escalated issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
• Engage and nourish relationships within client organizations.
• Attend industry events to build a strong professional network and represent the company.
