Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Client Manager for the Voluntary Benefits team in a hybrid role that requires at least three days in the office. You will lead strategic client relationships, develop benefits programs, and drive retention for large accounts across diverse industries.

Work closely with Marsh Health & Benefits and Voluntary Benefits colleagues to deliver tailored solutions, analyze client needs, and manage key deliverables in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Voluntary Benefits subject matter experience required.
• Strong knowledge of voluntary benefits products and market.
• 5+ years' experience as a Consultant with client management or sales for large clients.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a large to mid-sized book of business across various industries.
• Develop sales and retention strategies for client accounts.
• Conduct client analyses to create tailored product and solution recommendations.
• Address escalated issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and timelines.
• Engage and nurture relationships within client organizations and networks.
