Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer to sustain and enhance the DISA voice services within the GSMO-II contract. The role focuses on maintaining a large IP voice/video network, executing changes, and ensuring secure, reliable operation across CUCM, SBCs, and related platforms.

The candidate will configure routing, signaling, and device profiles, analyze complex issues, and contribute to policy development and documentation.

Qualifications

• DoD 8750 IAT II or Security+ CE required.
• Experience with Cisco/Avaya/Oracle voice platforms.
• Expertise in SIP signaling and call flows.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Strong fault analysis for large scale voice implementations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large, resilient IP voice and video network.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice, video, and data services.
• Configure calling search spaces, route plans, route partitions and profiles.
• Configure Cisco or Juniper routing and switching devices.
• Develop technical policy, work instructions and reporting.
• Analyze and resolve SIP signaling and call-flow issues.
• Validate change requests and support fault/change management.
