Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Enterprise Voice Engineer to sustain a large, resilient IP voice and video network for DISA. You will configure Cisco/Juniper devices, manage call flows, and support a secure enterprise telephony environment.

The role requires DoD 8750 IAT II or Security+ CE, an active Secret clearance, and experience with CUCM/Unity/CUBE, Oracle SBC, and Avaya Aura. BS/BA with 4–8 years, or MS with 2–6 years, preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires BS and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• DoD 8750/IAT II or Security+ CE or equivalent.
• Experience with voice platforms (CUCM, Unity, CUBE, Oracle SBC, Avaya Aura).
• Expertise in SIP signaling and call flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a large, complex IP voice/video network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot voice, video, and data network components.
• Develop policies and documentation for enterprise IP telephony.
• Analyze and resolve complex network problems related to signaling and media.
