Vision IT is seeking a Sr. VoIP Call Manager / Mobile Systems Administrator to oversee Cisco UCM and mobile endpoints. You will install upgrades, perform backups, troubleshoot, and ensure high availability of VoIP services and mobile infrastructure.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with UCM and security-minded maintenance. Applicants should bring 5+ years in VoIP administration, proficiency with UCM, and endpoint management across software and hardware.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on VoIP admin experience with Cisco UCM.
• Proficiency in VoIP, UCM configuration, and endpoint management (software and hardware).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in VoIP call management and mobile systems.
• Experience with system backups, recovery, and data integrity across critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with network configurations for VoIP and mobile systems.

Responsabilidades

• Install software releases and system upgrades for Cisco UCM; evaluate and install patches for stability.
• Perform backups and data recovery across server components; ensure data integrity.
• Maintain system configurations; monitor performance to prevent downtime.
• Create, configure, and maintain client endpoints within UCM for seamless communication.
• Troubleshoot endpoints (software and hardware) to ensure optimal functionality.
• Monitor configurations and logs; ensure continuous VoIP services and security.
• Patch regularly and perform system updates for performance and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve VoIP and mobile system issues.
• Document configurations, patch updates, and troubleshooting steps.
• Prepare regular reports on system performance and issues for stakeholders.
