Job summary

Amentum seeks a Senior Unified Communications Administrator to design and maintain integrated voice, video, and data services across the IT lifecycle. You will implement scalable UC solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and support end users in a fast-paced environment.

Requires active Top-Secret clearance with SCI, CCNA and 8140 IAT Level II or III, and 4+ years in Cisco UC ecosystems. 40-hour shifts; on-site in San Antonio, TX. Competitive benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI or ability to obtain SCI.
• 4+ years in telecom install/administration of Cisco UC/related networks.
• Ability to deploy and maintain dial plans for Cisco UC appliances.
• Cisco IOS 12.x/15.x experience and VoIP gateway config.
• CCNA and 8140 IAT Level II or III certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable unified communications solutions.
• Install and configure VoIP, video, and collaboration platforms.
• Monitor performance and security; perform routine maintenance.
• Provide end-user support and training; maintain docs.
• Collaborate with vendors; manage procurement and DR plans.
