Job summary

Vision IT is seeking a Sr. VoIP Call Manager / Mobile (Systems Administrator) to support Cisco UCM and mobile systems in the Los Angeles area. You will upgrade, troubleshoot, and maintain critical communication infrastructure to ensure high availability for DoD-related services.

The role requires strong VoIP expertise, endpoint management, and a collaborative problem-solving mindset. Candidates should be eligible for DoD clearance and be prepared to work on-site in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on VoIP administration with UCM.
• Experience managing mobile endpoints and VoIP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting for VoIP call issues and mobile services.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade UCM software, apply patches for stability.
• Back up data and perform recovery across servers.
• Configure and maintain VoIP endpoints (software and hardware).
• Monitor configurations, logs, and performance to prevent downtime.
• Lead troubleshooting with cross-functional teams for VoIP issues.
• Document configurations, patches, and resolutions; produce reports.
