Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years Cisco VoIP engineering experience in a large enterprise.
• Deep understanding of Unified Communications infrastructure, hardware, and software.
• Define future strategy and build solutions to support the vision.
• Provide vendor-agnostic recommendations for best-fit solutions.
• Propose and implement system enhancements to improve performance and reliability.
• Implement new technologies and transition to operations to support and maintain.
• Identify and document gaps; help shape voice strategy and architecture.
• Develop, document, and maintain standards within the collaboration space.
• Excellent problem solving and analytic skills; handle escalations.
• Balance technical, customer-facing, and communication skills; collaborate with internal teams and vendors.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• May require infrequent travel based on business need.
• Ability to work independently during on-call support.
