The role focuses on Mitel-Unify OpenScape, OpenScape CC Enterprise, Genesys IVR, Calabrio WFM, and related tools, ensuring reliable, secure voice services across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience supporting enterprise telecom or unified communications environments.
Hands-on experience with Mitel-Unify OpenScape Voice Systems, OpenScape Contact Center Enterprise, Genesys IVR Management, ASC Call Recording Solutions, Optic Voice Traffic Management, OpenScape Voice Trace Manager, Calabrio WFM, Mediatrix Analog-VoIP Adapters, and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Administer Mitel-Unify OpenScape VoIP systems across enterprise environments.
Manage configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice infrastructure.
Monitor performance and address outages.
Support SIP trunking, VoIP network integrations, call routing and telephony services.
Administer OpenScape Contact Center Enterprise environments.
Support contact center users and supervisors.
Manage call flows, routing strategies, queues, and reporting.
