Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and 24/7 on-call support while guiding a team through critical projects and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT or engineering.
• 7+ years in Voice Operations/Voice Engineering.
• 5+ years IT admin/engineering with 3+ years in VoIP or networking.
• 3+ years leading IT telecom infrastructure and teams.
• Experience with CTI connectors and Cisco UC ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain business-critical VoIP systems and networks.
• Design, implement, and operate scalable voice solutions across platforms.
• Provide Tier 2 support for internal voice/data systems.
• Lead telephony evaluations, capacity planning, and vendor coordination.
• Mentor staff and lead large-scale VoIP projects.
