Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in Voice Operations and/or Voice Engineering.
• 3+ years in IT telecom, networking, or VoIP.
• 3+ years managing IT telecom/infra resources and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business-critical voice systems and networks.
• Monitor performance of enterprise platforms.
• Lead telephony system evaluations and vendor coordination.
• Provide Tier 2 support for voice and data systems.
• Adhere to incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Lead capacity planning and large project design/implementation.
