Job summary

University of California- Davis Health is seeking a Senior VoIP Engineer to act as the expert in Voice Services. The role leads architecture, design, configuration, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of VoIP technologies across UC Davis Health and collaborates with internal departments and vendors to define technical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical area or equivalent experience/training.
5+ years of technical experience with VoIP technologies.
Advanced experience with large enterprise voice communications and network systems.
Experience maintaining Cisco (CUCM/UCCE/UCCX/Unity) and related hardware.
Experience gathering customer requirements to provide technical recommendations.

Responsibilities
