Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field, or equivalent practical experience in VoIP communications and computer networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical direction to the Voice Services Team by establishing priorities and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Research, evaluate, and implement emerging voice technologies to improve reliability and introduce new capabilities.
• Design, implement, and support voice communication systems including VoIP, SIP trunking, carrier services, and E911 infrastructure.
• Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for complex voice service issues with advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Lead voice services projects including deployments, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements within scope and budget.
