Job summary

Allbridge is seeking a Lead Voice Installer to manage large-scale voice projects (100-200 endpoints) across Premise Based PBS and VoIP deployments. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, mentor junior staff, and ensure successful handoffs to support teams.

Reporting to the Director of Voice Operations, the role requires deep expertise in voice/network engineering, TCP/IP, SIP, QoS, and complex wiring. Travel up to 75% is expected, with strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Voice Operations within mid-to-large organizations.
• Voice Industry Certifications or vendor certifications.
• Strong knowledge of large Analog Frames and MDF/IDF wiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end voice and collaboration infrastructure delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate projects from start to finish and communicate results to end users.
• Develop and execute test plans for VoIP network elements and services.
• Interact with vendors and update on new VoIP components and features.
• Lead onsite teams for Premise Based PBS and all-VOIP deployments.
