Job summary

Allbridge is seeking a Lead Voice Installer to identify and manage large-scale voice projects (100-200 endpoints), coordinating Premise Based PBS and VoIP installations from inception to completion. You will mentor junior staff, communicate results to end users, and report to the Director of Voice Operations.

The role requires deep expertise in voice/network projects, testing plans, and hands-on deployment of hosted voice and VOIP environments, with travel up to 75% and onsite customer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of voice operations experience in a mid to large size organization.
• Voice Industry or Vendor Platform Certifications.
• Extensive knowledge of large Analog Frames and internetworking of the Frame.
• Extensive knowledge of MDF/IDF wiring and their role in large scale voice deployments.
• Complete understanding of cross-connect fields in MDF/IDF environments.
• Experience with hosted voice environments and IP deployments.
• Ability to lead onsite teams for Premise Based PBSs and VOIP deployments.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end voice and collaboration infrastructure delivery lifecycle.
• Coordinate projects from start to finish and communicate results to users.
• Develop and execute test plans for VoIP network elements and services.
• Collaborate with vendors on VoIP components and features.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to achieve best results.
• Ensure timely task completion within timeframes and budgets.
