Allbridge, LLC is seeking a Lead Voice Installer to manage end-to-end voice and collaboration infrastructure projects for large-scale deployments across Premise Based PBS and VoIP environments.

You will lead onsite teams, translate business requirements into technical execution, and mentor junior staff, reporting to the Director of Voice Operations.

Travel up to 75% is required; hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience providing Voice Operations support in mid to large org.
• Voice Industry or Vendor Platform Certifications.
• Extensive knowledge of large Analog Frames and MDF/IDF wiring.
• Understanding cross connect fields in MDF/IDF environments.
• Troubleshooting large scale voice and VOIP projects.
• Experience hosting voice in analog and all IP deployments.
• Ability to lead onsite teams for large scale voice deployments.
• Onsite liaison with customers for voice deployments.
• Travel up to 75%.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsabilités
