Job summary

Custom Computer Specialists (CCS) is hiring an Account Executive – Voice Specialist in Philadelphia to drive net-new revenue and expand CCS’s Unified Communications offerings. You will lead with cloud voice solutions, MS Teams voice enablement, and enterprise collaboration strategies to grow recurring revenue and long-term value for mid-market accounts.

You will develop pipelines, articulate ROI, and coordinate with RevOps, Marketing, and Client Success to close multi-year deals and cross-sell

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B technology sales experience.
3+ years selling UCaaS, telecom, or cloud voice platforms.
Experience selling Microsoft Teams voice or similar collaboration ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Own and exceed annual gross margin quota for recurring Voice/UC solutions.
Sell multi-year agreements focusing on MRR growth and long-term TCV expansion.
Maintain 3–5x pipeline coverage and accurate CRM forecasting.
Position CCS Voice portfolio with Microsoft Teams Operator Connect, Webex Calling, SIP Trunking, and CCS Connected Voice.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering to scope requirements and design solutions.
