Job summary

Shuru Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Voice AI / LLM Engineer to own and improve a production Voice AI agent for a US insurance organization. You will work with Amazon Connect, Lex V2, and Bedrock to reduce latency and improve reliability, while enforcing PII/PHI safeguards and governance.

You will design agentic workflows, build evaluation suites, and lead architecture decisions in a remote-first, collaborative environment with opportunities for leadership and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and productionize Voice AI / LLM solutions.
• Experience with prompt engineering, tool-calling, RAG and structured outputs.
• Strong Python development skills and AWS services experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve a production Voice AI / LLM application.
• Build agentic workflows using prompts, tool calling, structured outputs, and RAG.
• Work hands-on with Amazon Connect, Lex V2, and Bedrock.
• Build LLM evaluation suites and automated quality gates.
• Improve voice latency, reliability, and production performance.
• Implement PII/PHI safeguards and monitor quality and cost.
