Acto is expanding its Agents team and seeks an experienced AI Engineer (m/f/d) to advance agentic AI systems powered by LLMs. You will work across chat, meeting prep, recommendations, and voice, shaping how users interact with our platform.

You’ll build real-time voice pipelines, integrate with external APIs and databases, and push towards low-latency, reliable production systems. Collaboration with product teams is key to production-ready features.

Formación

• Proven hands-on experience building voice agents in production with ASR/TTS or real-time voice pipelines.
• Strong experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, open-source).
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
• Proficient in Python and modern ML tooling (Hugging Face, PyTorch, Ray).

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs across chat, meeting prep, and recommendations.
• Create agents that interact with external APIs, databases, and environments.
• Push voice-enabled agents forward with real-time conversation pipelines, transcription, TTS, turn-taking, and dialogue management.
• Implement retrieval, long-term memory, and state tracking into agent architectures.
• Collaborate with product teams to deploy agents in production and keep them healthy.
• Design and run experiments to evaluate agent performance, latency, and hallucination rates.
• Turn high-level product requirements into scalable, testable agent features.
