Placement Partners is seeking a Program Director (245D Supervisor) to lead a team of Employment Support and Community Support Specialists. You will secure competitive employment for consumers and assist them to maintain their status, while guiding life skills development for community participation.

The role also involves interim duties as an Employment Support Specialist and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations, with resource management to optimize outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Up-to-date auto insurance required.
• Maintain acceptable motor vehicle report.
• Meets MN Statute 245D.081 educational/work-experience options specified.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Employment Support and Community Support Specialists.
• Secures competitive employment for consumers and helps maintain employment.
• Ensures consumers develop life skills to access community activities.
• Oversees compliance with policies, regulations and procedures.
