Midwest Special Services in Minnesota seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee Service Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals, ensuring quality, person-centered services.
You will lead training, support job placement, and collaborate with employers, while documenting progress and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.
Candidates should have 2+ years of supervisory experience in adult disability services and a related degree; proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

The Program Supervisor provides day to day supervision of all Service Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals assigned to the program; and assists the Director in all aspects of program operations. We are seeking a dedicated individual who is comfortable providing leadership in a team environment and is committed to providing quality, person-centered services.
A minimum of 2+ years of supervision or demonstrated leadership role in a human service field related to adult disability services. Must also have: (a) A four-year degree in related area of study and one year of work experience with persons with disabilities; or (b) A two-year college degree in related area of study and two years of work experience with persons with disabilities. Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work both independently and cooperatively with coworkers and supervisors. Must have strong customer relations skills and relate well with people with disabilities, coworkers, supervisors, funders, family members and other rehabilitation professionals.
Must have basic computer skills and be comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable as determined by our insurance carrier. Preference will be given to candidates with supervision experience in a vocational setting, experience in 245d licensed programs or to those with experience providing services to people with disabilities.
