Job summary

Sevita (D&S Community Services) is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in our community-based program. The role supports 4-8 individuals in residential settings or 10-15 in periodic, vocational, or day programs.

You will supervise a team, ensure person-centered plans are implemented, monitor health care needs, and maintain regulatory compliance while balancing 8–16 hours of supervisory work per week with direct support duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the program including supports and health care.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and individual rights.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
• Document census, billing information, and incidents as required.
