Dungarvin Inc. is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead direct support staff and coordinate program activities. This role focuses on delivering high-quality services to individuals, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes.

The position involves supervising employees, ensuring service delivery, and facilitating daily living tasks to support independence for individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of all employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure all services to the individual are delivered.
• Program supervisors are expected to ensure all direct service shifts in their program(s) are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
