ServiceSource Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for a growing day support program for adults with disabilities. You will oversee staff and participants, ensuring safe, compliant service delivery and engagement, while supporting the Program Manager in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Three years’ experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Pass state fingerprinting and criminal background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; driving may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of the Program Manager in absence.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and communication is maintained.
• Assist in development and implementation of services and supports.
• Support staff and participants to ensure engagement and safety.
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid, Licensure, CARF and company policies.
• Prepare and review evaluation reports, ISP progress, and documentation.
• Promote active engagement and community integration for participants.
