Job summary

D&S Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Program Supervisor to lead a team serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will help implement ISP plans, oversee scheduling, and ensure high-quality daily support tailored to each person’s needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate implementation of ISP and participate in admin duties like staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support with daily activities including meal prep and planning; medication administration; personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transportation to work.
