Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Arlington/ NYC/ Seattle seeks a Senior Program Manager to own the PATH contingent-workforce program and Beeline platform. You will drive operational excellence, scale the program, and partner with Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure data integrity and compliant processes.

In this hands-on role you will shape sourcing strategies, oversee invoicing, and provide leadership to the Contingent Workforce Journey team, with visibility to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cross-functional program management.
• Experience coordinating with Finance, HR, Procurement, Tax, and Legal.
• Ability to influence Beeline/VMS configurations and vendor relationships.
• Strong data analytics and metrics-driven improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Beeline platform health and configuration.
• Drive cross-country workflow changes and approvals.
• Lead invoicing accuracy, spend reporting, and headcount forecasting.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Legal for compliance.
