Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own the PATH contingent-workforce program and Beeline platform health. You will drive operational excellence, influence global invoicing, data integrity, and compliance while partnering with Finance, HR, Legal, and the MSP to scale the program.

You’ll lead cross-country workflow changes, own platform configuration, and mentor peers, delivering measurable improvements and reporting to senior leadership as the program grows to new geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own Beeline configuration, platform health, and recovery; diagnose issues and drive fixes with the vendor.
• Lead跨-country workflow/configuration changes and translate program needs into platform requirements.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy, cost reporting, accruals, and spend reporting with Finance.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across countries, and support Monthly Business Review.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Tax, Legal, MSP, Beeline, and business for program advancement.
