Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the NA Capacity Planning team in Bellevue, WA. You will drive 200+ inputs collection across 30+ BRSs and coordinate with 8+ cross-functional teams to advance Kingpin goal management and OP1/OP2 planning.

You'll establish program management frameworks, identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery with a data-driven approach, customer-obsessed, and aligned with Amazon leadership principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Create transparency and accountability in launch and retrofit design and partner management.
• Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks and blockers.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings, surface risks, drive planning documentation, and identify efficiencies.
• Set and embody the strong team culture and standards consistent with Amazon's leadership principles.
