Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a seasoned Visual Merchandising leader based in Los Angeles to elevate the brand across corporate and boutique environments. You will translate global direction into practical guidance, partner with senior teams, and oversee installations, training, and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of VM experience required.
• Associate’s degree in Display & Exhibition Design or Art/Fashion related degree OR minimum of 7+ years relevant VM/Retail Display experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of CHANEL Visual Merchandising standards across corporate and boutique environments.
• Partner with Corporate VM, Boutique Leadership, Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry and cross-functional teams to support launches, floor moves, windows, events, and seasonal installations.
• Translate corporate direction into actionable guidance for field and boutique teams, balancing brand vision with market needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners to influence decisions and drive consistent execution across the network.
• Oversee installation, de-installation, mannequin changes, décor placement, lighting, cleanliness and photo documentation with attention to detail.
• Facilitate VM trainings, seminars and coaching moments for boutique teams on CHANEL standards and storytelling.
