Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the execution of Visual Merchandising standards across Los Angeles boutiques and major retailers, ensuring brand elevation at every touchpoint.

You will translate corporate direction into actionable guidance for field teams, build strong internal partnerships, oversee installations, mannequin changes, lighting, and documentation, and travel regularly to support launches and events.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Visual Merchandising experience.
• Associate degree in Display & Exhibition Design or Art/Fashion related degree OR minimum of 7+ years relevant VM experience.
• Willing to travel 2-3 times per month within region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of CHANEL Visual Merchandising standards across boutique and corporate environments.
• Partner with Corporate VM, Boutique Leadership and cross-functional teams for launches, floor moves, events and seasonal installations.
• Translate corporate direction into actionable guidance for field and boutique teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners to align priorities and drive execution.
• Oversee installation, de-installation, mannequin changes, decor placement, lighting adjustments, and photo documentation.
• Facilitate VM trainings, seminars and coaching moments for boutique teams.
• Manage boutique VM partners and freelance talent and provide direction and feedback.
• Maintain organization and meet deadlines for launches, documentation and travel.
