• Lead and execute all visual merchandising activities within one boutique in a lighthouse market.
• Maintain impeccable presentation across client-facing areas.
• Develop and guide the VM team within the boutique, setting priorities and ensuring execution.
• Translate VM directives into engaging displays aligned with brand vision.
• Provide feedback on execution and boutique-specific opportunities.
• Partner with boutique leadership to align VM with sales priorities.
