Job summary

Eye Boutique, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a store leader to drive premium eyecare experiences in Geneva. This full-time role guides doctors and staff, ensures efficient patient flow, and promotes growth within a fast-paced optical practice.

You will recruit and coach team members, monitor operations, analyze financial data, and implement new technology while upholding safety and company policies. Weekend/evening work may be required based on location.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience, preferably in an eyecare/healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of delivering results and growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, and other software applications.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managing and associate doctors to uphold high patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Lead the team to deliver exceptional patient experiences through coaching and development.
• Recruit and build a talent pipeline for succession.
• Monitor operations and provide on-the-job training per policy.
• Analyze practice financial data and advise steps to improve profitability.
• Control store profits and expenses including labor and inventory management.
• Drive adoption of new technology and processes.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and maintained.
• Work weekends and evenings as required.
