Qualifications

• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects and clients virtually to assess needs and recommendations.
• Handle routine client maintenance and sales functions across product lines.
• Support Virtual Solutions Delivery by consulting on complex needs.
• Educate teammates on Truist offerings via events and presentations.
• Deliver exceptional client experience for inbound calls.
