DAVIS seeks a Virtual Construction Manager to lead BIM/VC strategy and coordination across multiple projects. You will bridge executive project management with BIM execution, ensuring digital workflows support schedule, cost, risk, and field execution.

The role demands coordinating teams, standards enforcement, and strong leadership across VDC, Field Services, Quality, and Safety. You will oversee tool selection, model-based coordination milestones, and sustainment of high-quality Virtual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of six (6) years in Virtual Construction / BIM / VDC within a commercial construction environment at a General Contractor or large trade partner.
• Operations experience preferred.
• Strong technical background across BIM and Reality Capture technologies and software platforms.
• Advanced knowledge collaborating across VDC, Field Services, Quality, and Safety teams.
• Experience managing people, BIM trade coordination workflows, and deliverables on complex projects.
• QA/QC processes experience and ability to enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level BIM trade coordination from planning through completion.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, clash detection, and coordination logs.
• Oversee development and quality control of VC deliverables and RFP visualizations.
• Guide tool selection and workflow decisions to align with master schedule.
• Mentor junior staff and promote continuous improvement of workflows.
