Job summary

Messer Construction Co. is hiring a Senior Virtual Design and Construction Manager to lead the digital model workflow for complex commercial projects in Indianapolis.

This role requires strong expertise in BIM, 3D modeling, and coordinating with design teams, owners, and subcontractors throughout design and construction phases. You will oversee model development, shop drawing production, and quality control, ensuring alignment with project specifications and safety programs while supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; Civil Engineering, Architecture/Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in virtual construction engineering, preferably in commercial construction.
• Advanced in producing/manipulating 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, SketchUp or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process of developing, integrating, coordinating, and managing digital models for design, construction, and field use.
• Maintain quality of 3D models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate shop drawings and model production to support self-perform work.
• Support BIM execution planning with designers, owners, and subcontractors.
