Qualifications

• 3–6 years of demonstrated experience in commercial construction with BIM/VDC focus.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, and coordination workflows for commercial projects.
• Experience with laser scanning (terrestrial or SLAM) and reality capture integration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and model federated BIM coordination models across disciplines.
• Lead clash detection from initial integration to final resolution and communicate outcomes clearly to teams.
• Mentor 1–2 junior associates and contribute to VDC playbooks and continuous improvement.
