Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Program Manager to lead the implementation and quality of virtual health services across clinical areas. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee initiatives such as video visits, remote monitoring, and other care platforms, while managing budgets, plans, and performance metrics.

The role requires strong cross-functional leadership in a healthcare setting, with 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 3 years with a Master's, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree Required or 3 years with a Master's degree Required.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows Preferred.
• Previous experience leading a cross functional, enterprise-wide complex project in a healthcare setting Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and ensure quality of virtual health services across clinical areas.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement current and future technologies enabling virtual care (video visits, telehealth, asynchronous visits, remote patient monitoring).
• Develop budgets, project plans, deliverables, and resource estimates; monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Piedmont teams and referring physicians/community partners to ensure program success.
