Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-team, multi-vendor coordination for the VA PGHD ecosystem in a fully remote US-based role. You will align program goals with technical execution across PGHD apps, Validic, and emerging integrations like Google Health.

Responsibilities include stakeholder management, risk and schedule oversight, and agile delivery across distributed teams, with travel up to 10% for quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience or commensurate experience (federal program background preferred).
• Experience supporting federal programs or VA/OCC environment is required.
• Familiarity with health data integration platforms and device data (CGM, remote patient monitoring).
• Experience with API transitions or integrations (e.g., Google Health).
• Experience delivering native mobile and web products in a distributed IT setting.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and OAuth/CASA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple products, vendors, and teams in a matrixed environment.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with VA teams, Validic, and device vendors.
• Manage risk, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee sprint planning and retrospectives across multiple teams.
• Provide strategic and technical guidance to clients on solution options.
• Support negotiations and manage vendor/integration partner deliverables.
