Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-team, multi-vendor coordination for the VA's PGHD ecosystem, ensuring reliable delivery across PGHD apps, Validic, and Google Health integrations. The role requires Agile delivery experience and the ability to navigate complex enterprise healthcare systems; remote US work with up to 10% travel for quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of program management experience.
Experience supporting federal programs or within the VA/OCC environment.
Familiarity with health data integration platforms such as Validic or CGM data.
Experience with health data API transitions such as Google Health.
Experience with native mobile and web product delivery.
Background working with PGHD or clinical data sources.
Knowledge of OAuth/CASA workflows and healthcare systems.
Familiarity with modern tech stacks, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevSecOps.
Experience with backlog tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience working with distributed, remote teams.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff in a matrixed environment with performance oversight and development.
Lead cross-functional coordination between VA teams, Validic, and device vendors.
Drive the Google Health API transition across PGHD apps and pipelines.
Coordinate investigation of data-quality issues across multiple sources.
Facilitate vendor partnerships for new integrations and data pathways.
Manage pre-read and action-item workflows for coordination sessions.
Oversee alignment across PGHD apps, mobile/web teams, and downstream pipelines.
Manage integrated program plans with risk and status reporting.
Resolve cross-team blockers and elevate risks to leadership as needed.
Provide sprint planning oversight across teams.
