• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in VTC/AV center environments.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of site VTC and conference room systems.
• Schedule VTC with external sites and configure rooms for conferences.
• Troubleshoot VTC equipment and coordinate with support teams for issues.
• Perform routine performance testing of servers and workstations supporting VTC sessions.
• Set up, test, and close out equipment before and after conferences.
• Provide client training on control interfaces and usage of AV/VTC equipment.
