Job summary

Premier Enterprise Solutions, LLC is seeking a Video Teleconference Center Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to manage and optimize VTC and conference room systems across global sites. The role demands active TS with SCI eligibility and prior DISA JSP experience is preferred.

The position is full-time and based in the Washington, DC area. Veterans are encouraged to apply and diversity is valued at Premier. Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active TS with SCI eligibility required.
• 5–8 years of experience in VTC/AV centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of site VTC and conference room systems globally.
• Troubleshoot VTC equipment and coordinate repairs with external offices, especially in SCIF environments.
• Perform routine performance testing of servers/workstations supporting VTC sessions.
• Set up, test, adjust, operate, and close out equipment for VTC sessions.
• Provide client consulting and training on control interfaces and use of AV/VTC equipment.
