Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years AV/VTC experience; relevant degree may substitute.

Must obtain an agency public trust suitability determination prior to start date.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite AV/VTC support for meetings, conferences, and events.
Produce and support video conferencing, streaming, and large online events via platforms like Teams, WebEx, and Zoom for Government.
Serve as single point of contact for AV/VTC service requests and document trouble tickets.
Resolve AV/VTC problems at HQ or field offices in a timely manner.
Travel may be required to meet customer needs.
