Job description

AiMinr, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President of Mining to lead the growth of our mining business, build trusted relationships with mining companies, and provide executive oversight of technical studies and major capital projects in mining. This Remote or hybrid role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, or Los Angeles, California, and requires domestic and international travel.

We are looking for a leader with demonstrated experience in mining consulting, mine operations, technical studies and mining capital project leadership. Experience in all four areas is required, together with a strong commercial background. You understand the decisions mine owners face, can translate their priorities into well-defined engagements, and can bring together the right specialists to deliver results.

As a trusted advisor to AiMinr's founders and CEO, you will help shape the company's mining strategy and guide key technical, operational and commercial decisions. This role centers on executive leadership: developing client relationships, winning work, directing experienced project leaders, and maintaining accountability for commercial and technical outcomes.

This is a mining industry executive role, not a general technology sales position. Substantial, direct mining industry experience is mandatory.
