Qualifications

• You MUST have 20+ years of progressively responsible experience across mining industry, including at least 10 years in executive leadership with responsibility for business performance, multidisciplinary teams, or profit and loss.
• Direct experience managing operating plans, budgets, forecasts, organizational performance, and commercial risk.
• Established mining industry network and success building executive relationships, winning significant business, and developing strategic partnerships.
