• Direct experience managing operating plans, budgets, forecasts, organizational performance, and commercial risk.
• Established mining industry network and success building executive relationships, winning significant business, and developing strategic partnerships.

About the opportunity

AiMinr, Inc. is seeking aChief Operating Officer Miningto help build and scale a mining business that brings technology closer to the decisions that matter in mining.

Working directly with the founders and CEO, you will translate the company’s vision into a focused operating strategy, a strong organization, and measurable commercial results. Your mandate will span business operations, commercial execution, customer success, financial performance, and organizational growth.

We are looking for an executive who understands both sides of the business: the realities of mining and what it takes to build a successful software company. You know how mine owners evaluate technology, how enterprise customers buy and adopt software, and how to turn technical capabilities into lasting customer relationships and recurring revenue.

This is a hands on leadership role for someone who can move confidently between strategy and execution. You will establish the operating discipline needed to scale while preserving the speed, ambition, and accountability of a founder led company.

Experience

You MUST HAVE 20+ years of progressively responsible experience across mining industry including at least 10 years of executive leadership with responsibility for business performance, multidisciplinary teams, or profit and loss.
