Job summary

AiMinr, Inc. seeks a Senior Vice President of Mining to lead growth, build trusted relationships with mining companies, and provide executive oversight of studies and major capital projects in mining.

This hybrid role is based in Phoenix, Arizona, or Los Angeles, California, and requires domestic and international travel. You will guide strategy, win work, direct project leaders, and ensure commercial and technical excellence across the mine lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in mining across consulting, operations, technical studies and capital projects.
• Executive leadership experience directing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.
• Strong commercial background with ability to translate client priorities into engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead mining strategy and growth for AiMinr, Inc. executive team.
• Build deep relationships with mining company executives and owners.
• Oversee studies, engineering, construction and commissioning of capital projects.
• Ensure engagement economics, delivery commitments and risk management.
• Represent the business in executive meetings and industry forums while emphasizing safety.
