Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Senior Vice President of Engineering to lead enterprise-scale modernization efforts. Reporting directly to the CTO, this executive will oversee the engineering organization responsible for upgrading legacy systems, modernizing infrastructure, and enabling AI/ML-powered business capabilities across the global enterprise.

This is a transformational leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and technical excellence—and is ready to drive long-term impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP upgrade and cloud migration initiatives across business units and geographies.
• Architect and implement modern engineering frameworks that support agility, scalability, and performance.
• Oversee the integration of emerging technologies including AI/ML, RPA, and IoT into business-critical systems.
• Drive digital innovation across supply chain, manufacturing, marketing, and consumer platforms.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps standards.
• Build, lead, and mentor high-performing global engineering teams—driving a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
• Partner with executive leadership to align technology roadmaps with business priorities and market demands.
• Manage vendor partnerships and external platforms to enhance delivery and scale.
• Ensure all solutions meet global security, compliance, and data governance standards.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of engineering leadership experience in complex, matrixed, and global environments.
• Proven success leading large-scale cloud and ERP transformation programs.
• Strong experience with enterprise technologies such as AWS/Azure, SAP, Oracle, and modern microservices architectures.
• Deep understanding of integrating AI/ML, data analytics, and automation into scalable engineering systems.
• Excellent executive communication skills and experience engaging with board-level stakeholders.
• Strong talent management skills with a track record of building diverse, world-class engineering team
